Cheap groceries

Here's my 'Frugal Friday' tip. (I love these!)

From the Angelfood ministries website: "Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing grocery relief and financial support to communities throughout the United States."

They sell a box of enough groceries to feed a family of four for one week for only $25. Plus they have great box of meat specials. You don't have to qualify to be elligible to purchase from them. In fact a lot of their customers are large families that like the cheap but good quality groceries.
